UPDATED: After posting this initial review/warning, I did some more investigation and found the guy behind this "company". Please see all the images I've provided to see the full details. His name is Madis Poldvee and he's on Facebook and LinkedIn.

The turnaround time table listed on their website states that a product ordered should arrive within 12-20 days for US based customers. The reasoning they have on their page for that lengthy delivery is that they are "a friendly team of five cat lovers" and, as such, it takes extra time to get all the orders processed and out the door.
Okay, that's believable, and who doesn't want to support a small, US based "Mom and Pop" business these days? (They show they are based out of Loveland, CO 80537) Well, after I placed my order, I receive an email a few days afterwards saying that "due to a sudden high demand" orders may be delayed an extra 3-5 days. Well, shoot, but okay. So days 20, 25, and then 28 come and go...
nothing in the mail, no kind of tracking... just nada... Email the "company" about this... no response...
Contact the third party (payment processor) about the issue who basically state that because they were supplied a tracking number by the seller, the issue was resolved in the seller's favor, even though I still had not received the items ordered. Really?! FINALLY, the product arrives in the mail a few more days later -- directly from CHINA. Now this wouldn't be a problem really if they disclosed that the items they advertise drop-ship out from another country, so that I, the consumer, could make that choice myself.
Instead, they lead you to believe that it ships out directly from them at 742 S. Edinburgh Dr., Loveland, CO, which is what they had listed on their site at the time of my order, and still had listed on their site at the time of this review. Unfortunately, I didn't verify this address prior to my purchase, but I have now and found out it is a real address that belongs to a cat sanctuary/adoption organization. I suppose they figured if you did look it up, that you would see that and believe they were the same place (since they do claim that a portion of the profits go to adoption centers).
However, if you dig really, really deep into their very fine print, in a tiny link at the bottom of their website, you will find another address that shows they are really based out of Luise 38a Tallinn EE 10142 (Estonia). The item that finally came is complete junk and I tried to return it following the "Return Policy" they have listed on their site. The response I got? Because I opened the package it came in (a plain, smashed manilla envelope) and put a battery in the "toy" to see if it actually would turn on, it was then considered "used" and they refused to accept it as a return, provide a return address, or to refund my money....
and they have since stopped responding to ANY of my emails. You cannot leave an honest review on their site, because they filter all the reviews. The only ones they will publish are positive reviews having at least 4 stars, and it's questionable as to whether or not those are real reviewers. So, don't think your opinion or experience with them is of any real concern to them in any way at all.
I provided a review to them on that ridiculous toy and it was not published. I ended up contacting my bank directly (to go above the third party payment processor) and filed a dispute....
to which my bank ruled in my favor and returned my money. PLEASE DO NOT DO "BUSINESS" WITH THIS PLACE!!
Product or Service Mentioned: Amazingly Cat Pet Toy.
