Trust me, they sell cheap crap at expensive prices. Stuff you can buy at the 99 Cent Store. Orders take at least 2 months to arrive to US. Forget about trying to return anything. Right now the US Postal Service is not able to send anything back to China due to Covid-19. I had to put my order in dispute with my credit card company. Thank goodness I got a refund. PLEASE BEWARE!!

I placed an order in March by May still didn't receive it. So I contacted them they said they would send me another one. Never received that one either. Then in May I ordered something else. They sent me a tracking number but the tracking number doesn't exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Misrepresentations and Cheating Me with Expedited Processing Charge

I ordered a cat toy from AmazinglyCat.com. The order was placed on March 18, 2020. I paid extra for expedited processing of my order. Amazinglycat.com, despite not shipping the order, charged my credit card. On March 20th, AmazinglyCat.com emailed me that my order, A414285, had shipped. I was given tracking information, however, it turned out that AmazinglyCat.com actually never shipped my order. On March 26th, there was still no updated tracking information for my order, so I emailed support for AmazinglyCat.com to find out what was going on with my order. Kevin S. from AmazinglyCat.com customer support responded stating that my order had been "processed and shipped out" and that it would take 8-12 business days to receive. He sent me a tracking link, which showed that the package had still not been received by USPS. I responded to the email from AmazinglyCat.com customer support and told them that was not true and asked for a refund of the extra money I had paid for expedited processing. Kevin S. from AmazinglyCat.com responded that if the tracking information did not show an update within 45 days to email him on May 6th and they would refund my purchase. This is unacceptable. AmazinglyCat.com lied about shipping my order on March 20th. Tracking with USPS shows as of today, March 29th, that "USPS Currently Awaiting Package". This means that the order was never shipped despite AmazinglyCat.com's repeated representations that it was. I have asked to cancel my order and even though it has not shipped, like they say it has, they refuse to refund the order. Based upon my experience, it is clear to me that AmazinglyCat.com is a dishonest and disreputable company.

I still have not received my order. And I have been told I can not cancel it. But my credit card has already been charged. My husband was able to order the same cat bowls from Amazon and we received it in 3 days. I do not need the ones I ordered from you guys. I Want my money back!!!!!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Buyer beware - this is NOT a trusted company. I purchased the marshmallow bed on their site and it is NOT what they advertised. First, their site shows the large bed will accommodate a cat up to 14 lbs. That is not the case. My cat is only 11 lbs. and the bed is too small for him. Next, the statements they make on their site about when you will receive the order is not accurate. My cat had surgery and I was hoping this bed would help him recuperate so I paid the extra $2.00 for priority processing of my order and all that did was pay for the company to create a FedEx label....there was NO prioritizing of my order at all. I placed my order on 12/15. I received an email on 12/17 stating my order had shipped when in fact a label had been created ONLY. After about 4 days I sent emails to the company asking why the order had not shipped as there was no tracking and the replies I received were just a copy of the email showing a label had been created. Nobody ever answered my emails. On 12/23 I received an email stating I should have received my order by now and reminding me I only had 2 DAYS to return the item (NOT 30 DAYS AS THEIR WEBSITE STATES!). Since the tracking number showed that the order STILL HAD NOT SHIPPED (label created only), I tried calling the number on their website and it is not a good number. Since the phone number is no good, I sent an email asking someone at the company to call me. Nobody ever called me. There is NO WAY OF CONTACTING THIS COMPANY OR TALKING TO ANYONE! I finally decided to cancel my order since it had not shipped yet so I sent them an email on 12/27 asking them to cancel my order since it still had not shipped. Later on that same day (12/27) I received an email from FedEx stating the package was delivered to FedEx on that day and my order shipped. I finally received my order on January 3rd......19 days after I placed the order. I believe the only reason this company shipped my order on 12/27 is due to my email asking them to cancel my order. So, not only was I not able to communicate with anybody at this company but I paid the extra $2.00 for priority processing of which did NOT happen. To this day my cat still will not get in the bed and I believe it is because the bed is too small for him even though I followed the measurements posted on their site. I have 4 cats and was really hoping this company would be a great avenue for cat items but I will NEVER order from this company again! I would return this cat bed but as I stated before, there really is no way to contact this company and emails don't solve anything. I doubt they ever let anyone return anything!! I am very disappointed in this purchase!!

I purchased 2 marshmallow beds both measured under 14" in diameter when they were supposed to be a medium size. The only size animal that would fit in these beds would be a "teacup" type dog, not even a normal size rat.

And, yes you can't contact them. The phone rings forever and you just end up hanging up. Ugh! I'm out $60 + dollars.

Some fraud agencies should be going after these people. They are online thieves.

Same thing happened to me! I will never order from them again.

I had 3 ordered as I was moving cross country 2 12 hr days drive with 3 cats. Beds never came .

When they did they were to small as well. My cats wouldn’t use them either so I donated them

Order A417863 was placed in March. Here we are in May and no product. They said delivery would be 8 - 12 business days. (lie). I informed them this increased delay would not work because i would be gone for over 3 months and no one would be here to accept product. All I got back was the same lie that the product was in transit and would be arriving soon. (lie). Has not even been shipped. Tracking number is a joke. Asked for a refund and they would not even talk about it. Was told order was coming from a warehouse. Led to believe in U.S.A. No mention of China at all. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY OPERATE IN A DECEIVING WAY. I think they are operating from China. I found an 800 number and called it. The lady who answered it said I don't know why you are calling here because no one was here and everything is by internet. BEWARE !!!!! Seems like a total scam to me. If they wont discuss a refund or cancellation.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. I wish the credit card companys would do something about this.

Needless to say I forgot that some people love to rob us only to gain profit the wrong way. They took me for $48.07 I hope they have 4,807 problems with other people. Order A417863. was placed in March, Well it is now May. They when I contact them I Just get an auto reply that I will be contacted. They gave me a tracking number and the product has not been shipped when they say it has. this has been happening since early April. Same answer that it is in transit and will be here soon. (lie). Now their talking 60 - 90 days. I told them that we will have to cancel the order because no one will be here to accept delivery. They refuse to discuss a refund. I strongly recommend not to do business with them. They also made it appear they are in the U.S.A. They had an 800 number which I called and a woman answered and said no one was here and only work through internet. There was no mention the product was coming from China and not their possible warehouse in America. Deceptive, lies, delays. BEWARE !!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Whoever is giving this. company good reviews obviously are set up by this Chinese company....as they are poorly written and full of grammatical errors! My order is lost somewhere with UPS tracking info that doesn't even work! Going on over 3 weeks now.... Should have known...the name of the company is a big grammar mistake and this is how you. can tell its from China..."Amazingly Cat"....makes no sense! LOL

Ordered a marshmallow bed for my cat on 4/13/2020...got an email that it was ready and shipped on 4/14/2020. Have not received it or updates after almost two weeks!!!..have contacted customer support numerous times and told two different carriers sending it and tracking numbers the carrier, DHL, had no record of etc. Then told coming USPS and nothing to be tracked here either as they don't have it!! Told "appreciate my order" blah, blah, blah but not resolved and no cat bed! Not good company policy, business or customer service sad to say...Bad rep for company by all this run around etc.
