I placed my order on 10/14/17, it is now 12/8/17, I have not received it. When I checked my tracking numbers it said to call the post office, when I did they said that the items were still in China.

I then emailed the company, I got one response giving me the run around, claiming that they would forward my issue to the appropriate party to help me. From that point on I've been ignored. There is no phone number to contact them. It's a scam.

Don't get screwed like I did. But your cats toys from elsewhere.

It has been nearly 6 weeks since ordering. THe tracking number says it was in China all that time.

Says it has reached New York. No customer service at all. Ordered from another company “present land”. Same deal, but better customer service.

Will be more careful in the future. I would never recommend either company.
