I placed an order on 11/22/2017, & I STILL do not have the products.They take an avg of 2-5 days to respond to any emails, they apparently do not even have a phone number, & according to BBB, the return address listed on their website is not even valid.
They promised me that they would give me a full refund if I did not receive my products within 45 days of my order. Well, I have sent no less than 3 inquiries since that 45 day mark, & with each response (which has taken several days to get for each one) completely ignores my request for the refund they promised me, & just tells me I will get the products within a few days.
I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company in order to get my refund.Save yourself the trouble & headache, & ignore all the fake glowing reviews on their website.
