I placed 2 orders for toys from AmazinglyCat.com on Dec. 13, 2017.

I was not home when there was supposedly an attempted delivery on Jan. 11, 2018. (Note that was about a month to delivery!). No notice was left that an attempt was made, though, so I have no way of knowing if, in fact, an actual attempt was made to deliver.

Legitimate delivery companies always leave a note saying an attempt to deliver was made. When I realized nothing was being delivered I followed their directions for tracking and resolving the problem. All the tracking and resolutions are in *Chinese*! What good is that?

So, I wrote email after email to the company at their specified email address, as THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER for customer support listed anywhere!!! All I ever got back was the same automatically generated email telling me to follow the tracking and resolution instructions I had already followed. Those Chinese instructions that even Google can't translate for me are all I kept seeing. I never got any other response from the company.

I never got a refund. I never got my products. It is now Jan. 23, 2018.

Don't get scammed as I was!

DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZINGLYCAT.COM. They aren't!

Review about: Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $26.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Concepts of their supposed products if they exist.

I didn't like: Failure to deliver product and cannot reach them by phone.
