I placed an online order Dec. 2nd.

BIG MISTAKE. Even though the website clearly says "up to 28 days" shipping, I took a chance it would arrive before Christmas. When obviously it was NOT going to arrive in time I tried to cancel, and received an email showing their policy that you can only cancel the same day you order, before the end of business. The online presence is NOTHING BUT A FRONT FOR A WAREHOUSE IN CHINA, which is where the merchandise ships from.

And it's cheap, factory-made crap in my opinion. So I then emailed them that if and when I received the order, it would immediately be returned. I asked what address to return it to, and they've gone radio silent.

I have requested multiple times for a return address; still have heard nothing. I now have my credit card company on it.
