I ordered a cat toy which promptly broke. I reordered and the product was clearly someone else's return, no directions, horrible packaging, impossible to open to put in batteries.

There is no customer service phone, only a page on the website to get support. And, for a company that guarantees products, you have two days to request refund, not sixty. There is no 60 day return, nor are there guarantees. The products are poorly made yet very expensive.

Aside from the months it takes to even get your products, once you do they are not worth the money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. It's money thrown away.
